The Nutcap and seat assembly covers a standard hex nut and bolt end.
A threaded metal washer seat is put onto the bolt end; the nut is screwed down and tightened on top of it to clamp the washer in place. The metal cap is screwed onto the threaded washer covering the nut and bolt end with an attractive satin finish or polished cap. A Nutcap only needs to be hand tightened onto the threaded washer to hold solidly but can be made tight enough with standard soft jawed pliers or belt type wrench so it cannot be removed by hand. Contact us for soft jawed pliers or belt type wrench if you need them.

Nutcaps will fit over finished hex bolt heads or screw heads as well as nuts and screw ends.
